Welcome to Magic Nile Tours Terms & Conditions

Magic Nile Terms

Please read the following Magic Nile terms and conditions carefully before using the website or booking any of our services. By using the website or booking any tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Magic Nile Tours: refers to the company that owns and operates this website, and is responsible for organizing and providing tours.
  • Client/User: refers to any individual or entity using the website or requesting services from the company.
  • Tour: any tourist activity or program organized by the company and offered through the website, whether at the Giza Pyramids, Siwa Oasis, or Saqqara Pyramids.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed after receiving the advance payment or the full amount, depending on the type of tour.
  • Available payment methods include electronic payment, bank transfer, or cash payment (as agreed).
  • The customer must provide correct and complete information during the booking process.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking containing incorrect or suspicious information.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

✅ Cancellation by the customer:

  • 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
  • Between 3 and 6 days: 75% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before: No refund.

❌ Cancellation by the company:

  • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour for reasons beyond its control (such as weather or security conditions).
  • In the event of cancellation, the customer will be offered either a full refund or rescheduling the tour at a later date without additional charges.

4. Liability

  • Magic Nile Tours strives to provide a safe and upscale experience, but assumes no liability for injuries or losses resulting from user negligence or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • The client is responsible for maintaining their personal belongings during tours.

5. Tour Participation Conditions

  • The client must be in good health and fit to participate in field activities (such as desert trekking or climbing stairs).
  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, a hat, and sunglasses during tours, especially in Siwa Oasis.
  • Any special medical conditions must be reported in advance to ensure the client’s safety.

6. Content and Copyright

  • All materials displayed on the website (text, images, videos, logos) are the exclusive property of Magic Nile Tours and may not be copied or used without prior permission.
  • The website must be used for legal and tourism purposes only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Magic Nile Tours is committed to protecting user data. No personal information is shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or reservation.
